What makes a valid referral?
To qualify for a referral bonus, all of the following must apply. You make a direct introduction between Talent and an individual at another company. The company is a new client to Talent at the point of introduction (no prior or active relationship). The introduction leads to at least one successful hire made through Talent, contract or direct hire. The placed candidate passes their probation or guarantee period. Talent receives full payment for their first placement. When all these conditions are met, your referral is eligible for a bonus.

The program is open to existing Talent clients and partners or contacts in our network who want to connect us to businesses needing recruitment support. You don't need to be a current client to refer someone.

How do I submit a referral?
Click the "Submit a referral" button on this page and complete the short online form with your details and your contact's information. Our team will review the referral, connect with your contact, and keep track of its progress.

How much will I receive?
The referral bonus is USD$2000 per new client. funded from the first placement fee.

Is there a limit to how many bonuses I can earn?
No. There is no maximum number of eligible new clients you can introduce. Every qualifying new client that results in a successful hire can earn you another bonus.

What if multiple people refer the same client?
If more than one person introduces the same company, the referral bonus is paid to the individual who made the first documented introduction through our referral form and meets all other eligibility criteria. We use timestamps from our system to determine this fairly.

What happens if the candidate leaves during probation?
If the candidate doesn't pass their probation or guarantee period, or if a rebate is due to the client, your referral bonus will be delayed until any replacement or guarantee period has been successfully completed, or will not be paid if the placement ultimately doesn't meet the guarantee criteria. We'll keep you informed if there are any delays.

When will I receive my payment?
Once the candidate has passed their probation or guarantee period and Talent has received payment for the first placement invoice, your referral bonus will be processed. Payment timelines may vary by client and region, but we aim to process your reward as soon as reasonably practicable after those conditions are met.
