About the Role:

The REM Reward Analyst is critical in managing employee rewards and compensation strategies, ensuring competitive and compliant frameworks. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing the organisation’s HR capabilities through strategic insights and meticulous execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute job evaluations using Mercer IPE methodology.
  • Design and implement comprehensive reward frameworks aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end processes for annual reviews, performance management, and remuneration evaluations.
  • Conduct market research to ensure competitive pay structures and benefits.
  • Provide strategic advice on employment policies, labor laws, and talent retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize HR processes and enhance administrative efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with reward strategy policies and governance frameworks.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience with Mercer IPE (international Position Evaluation) Job Evaluation Methodology.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in cost modeling and strategic analysis.
  • Experience in system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) for HR projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Previous experience in designing organizational job architectures and global reward frameworks.
  • Involvement in enterprise bargaining negotiations and salary survey submissions.
  • Familiarity with Workday implementation and management of employee share plans.
  • Track record of developing innovative reward initiatives and preparing comprehensive HR reports.

Senior Planner

Talent International is currently recruiting for a Senior Planner to work for an NSW Government client based in Parramatta (Hybrid). The position is a 2-month contract role with the possibility of being extended and are paying $80 per hour + Super.

8 hours a day / 40 hours a week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and timely technical planning services relative to feasibility, suitability, development options and anticipated yields for specific sites or projects to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and gain approval for development projects.
  • Utilise working relationships to collaborate and share planning outcomes internally and through contracted suppliers to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of projects to meet client briefs, timelines and expectations in line with local and state government planning policies.
  • Identify and act on any risks, issues or enhancements related to planning priorities, projects or assessment outcomes of third-party development applications.
  • Contribute to and/or complete planning and study reviews, provide planning solutions, review third party submissions and work with consultants, contractors and providers in relation to planning activities.
  • Provide planning process awareness to new suppliers as required to ensure client satisfaction, timeliness and efficiency in project delivery and implementation.

Essential requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in urban/regional planning or related discipline or equivalent planning experience.
  • Eligibility for membership of a relevant industry association.

About the Role
Provide high level executive administrative support to the National Manager to facilitate key business outcomes and offer support to site and business line staff in the provision of local and national activities.

Deliver a wide range of executive support and operational administrative services to Senior Management including:

  • Preparation and coordination of a range of general and confidential written communications including correspondence, board papers, secretariat agendas and minutes
  • Undertaking research, as required
  • Drafting, under general direction, correspondence and reports
  • File management
  • Diary management, email management and answering enquiries
  • Organising and coordinating meetings, teleconferences, venues
  • Travel/accommodation arrangements
  • Administrative support for the delivery of programs and events for the division.

Skills and Experience
