  • Strong understanding of API integrations, Power Platform custom connectors, and cloud data services (Azure, AWS). Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third-party applications
  • Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance standards
  • Ability to troubleshoot and optimise performance of complex workflows, applications, and data connections
  • Strong technical communication skills for collaborating with both IT and business teams
  • Experience in capability uplift and training for business users
  • Microsoft Power Platform certification (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft DevOps for change and release management
  • Understanding of enterprise reporting and delivery tooling
