  6. Minimum 2+ years in a similar service reliability or operations role, ideally in large or complex environments.

Desirable Criteria:

  1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code and automation tools like Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
  3. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as GitLab CI or GitHub Actions.
  4. Ability to analyse complex technical problems and drive improvements across systems.
  5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with multiple support teams.
