Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating the identification of digital system related business needs and processes, monitoring and collating data, identifying competing demands, organisational changes and new responsibilities.
  • Evaluating effectiveness of proposed solutions and design in conjunction with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Designing and delivering workshops, communication and consultation resources that support complex systems and business information gathering and sharing. Working with stakeholders to capture business needs and translating requirements into User stories in a simple format that all stakeholders can understand.
  • Documenting Business Analyst artefacts including Epics, User Stories, User Interface requirements, current state versus future state process maps.
  • Identifying potential issues or risks, tracking problems, recommending alternatives and escalating as appropriate.
  • Using and working with software platforms such as Jira, Salesforce, Mulesoft and SAP

Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in facilitating the identification of digital system related requirements and processes with technical and business users.
  • Experienced in documenting Business Analyst artefacts including Epics, User Stories, User Interface requirements, current state versus future state process maps.
  • Comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development will be highly regarded.
  • Using and working with software platforms such as Jira, Salesforce, Mulesoft and SAP
