About our ideal candidate:

  • 10+ years of Program and/or Project Management experience, preferably within Federal/Commonwealth settings
  • Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) experience – including indicator design, data collection tools, and performance analytics
  • Formal Program Management certifications (e.g., MSP®, PRINCE2®, AgilePM®, RegPM™)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or MBA/postgrad qualifications in a related field
