Our client is currently on the lookout for an experience Network Operations Manager to over see the operations of a critical network supporting federal government. The Operations Manager’s objective is to ensure successful adoption of Service Management practices and standards across all Enterprise programs. This position provides leadership, management, direction and mentorship to the program’s Network Operations Managers.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years working as a Network Operations Manager in large complex environments with critical systems and networks
  • Excellent understanding of the Telecommunications industry – experience working in large Telcos highly regarded
  • Strong ITIL implementation experience with ITILv4 Foundation certification and at least one Professional level certification
