This Federal government department is currently on the lookout for an experienced Training Manager to lead and identify training and knowledge requirements. You will be responsible for supporting Program Managers, Change Managers, and Implementation Leads by providing advise and guidance around training requirements.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and strategic advice to Program Managers in the context of education and training
  • Develop, lead, and deliver training strategies to set the organisation and program/project up for success
  • Lead training planning and processes at the Project, Program, and Portfolio level
  • Actively promote and drive change using broad influencing skills

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience with working in a large organisation leading and delivering change programs through effective training strategies
  • Must hold TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
  • Understanding and experience in applying training frameworks in agile, waterfall and hybrid settings
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft suite
  • Must be an Australian Citizen
