What you’ll be doing:
* Building and delivering robust front-end solutions using React
* Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
* Driving improvements in performance, scalability, and best practices
* Mentoring developers and contributing to a strong engineering culture
* Working with CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment practices
* Leveraging Generative AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to accelerate development

What we’re looking for:
* 5+ years’ experience with React
* Strong JavaScript & TypeScript skills
* Solid HTML5 & CSS3 experience
* Experience in agile/squad environments
* Passion for clean code, modern practices, and continuous improvement
* Experience mentoring or supporting other developers
