The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer to join a high-performing Agile product team. You will lead software development practices across design, estimation, coding, testing and delivery, while supporting other developers through mentoring, code reviews and knowledge sharing.

This is a 100% remote opportunity, allowing you to work from anywhere in Australia.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead software design, estimation, development and testing activities.
• Develop solutions across front-end, back-end, APIs and databases.
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines covering build, testing, security checks and deployment.
• Establish development patterns, standards and tools that improve quality and reduce risk.
• Deliver scalable and maintainable software using modern .NET technologies.
• Lead code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
• Identify refactoring opportunities and recommend improvements to tools and frameworks.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters and other team members.
• Support the team in delivering Sprint goals and high-quality outcomes.
• Contribute to analysis, testing, security and broader delivery activities.
• Maintain clear technical documentation and share knowledge across the business.
• Act as an escalation point for complex product development issues.
• Promote collaboration, Agile ways of working and continuous improvement.

Technical Experience

You will bring a strong capability across:

• C#, ASP.NET and .NET Core
• Modern .NET development and architecture
• API design and development
• SQL and relational databases, ideally Microsoft SQL Server
• HTML, CSS, TypeScript and single-page application frameworks
• Unit testing, integration testing and mocking frameworks
• Logging, monitoring and troubleshooting
• CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment
• Git, Gitflow and Azure DevOps
• Visual Studio, VS Code, IIS and SQL Server Management Studio
• PowerShell or an equivalent scripting language
• Agile software development and Scrum ceremonies

We are seeking a Senior Web Advisor to play a key role in the ongoing optimisation and enhancement of a recently launched enterprise website.

You will be responsible for:

• Manage website content updates, publishing activities and quality assurance.
• Support post-launch optimisation by identifying and resolving website issues and improving user experience.
• Write, edit and structure web content using plain English and accessibility best practices.
• Coordinate content migration and ensure information is organised within an effective information architecture.
• Support the digitisation of online forms and digital services, including payment-enabled forms.

You will have:

• Experience managing websites within a large or complex organisation, ideally within government or the public sector.
• Strong web writing, editing and content management experience.
• Hands-on experience using a CMS, preferably Squiz Matrix or Squiz DXP.
• Solid understanding of WCAG accessibility standards, usability principles and plain English writing.
• Experience using analytics and customer insights to improve website performance and user experience.
