The APS6 Service Designer will work in the Service Design Division to design and deliver scheme improvements that deliver quality outcomes.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify insights, creating a common understanding.
  • Co-create and document current state service through design research, to identify current participant and staff experience, and business processes.
  • Co-create and facilitate process design improvements.
  • Advocating for the voice and experience of participants and stakeholders through work processes.
  • Co-facilitating design-thinking sessions with service users to design and test future service processes, channel and experiences.

Skill / experience:

  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, adept at conveying information to the stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the disability or public sector would be advantageous.
