Our client is a large values-focused Federal Government Agency seeking an experienced EL1 Senior Test Lead to lead end-to-end testing across complex digital identity, CRM and integration projects.

This role will suit someone with strong test leadership experience across CIAM / IAM, Salesforce, SSO/MFA, API and integration testing, and complex security/access management environments.

ROLE DETAILS:
Contract: 12 months + 12-month extension option
Working arrangement: Hybrid (2/3 split)
Security: NV1 Security Clearance required
Eligibility: Australian Citizens only
Close: Wednesday 8 July 2026

ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will own end-to-end testing for complex projects, including test planning, estimation, test data setup, stakeholder coordination, defect/risk/dependency management and delivery of high-quality test outcomes. You’ll work across business, technical, security and delivery teams to ensure testing is structured, visible and aligned to project objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead complex end-to-end testing across digital identity, CRM and integration projects.
  • Develop test plans, estimates, strategies and test deliverables.
  • Manage test data setup and coordination across a complex delivery landscape.
  • Lead defect management, risks, dependencies and stakeholder reporting.
  • Coordinate vendors, internal teams and business stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes.
  • Support testing across CIAM/IAM, Salesforce, SSO, MFA, API and integration environments.
  • Provide leadership and direction to testing resources across the project lifecycle.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Demonstrated experience testing CIAM solutions, including authentication, authorisation, SSO, MFA, user registration, account recovery and user lifecycle management.
  • Hands-on PingOne administration/testing experience, including identity federation, access policies, MFA configuration, RBAC and application integrations.
  • Salesforce testing experience, including profiles, permission sets and integration testing.
  • API/integration testing experience using Postman and MuleSoft, including REST services, data validation, API security and error handling.
  • Understanding of security/access management testing, including RBAC, segregation of duties, privileged access, audit controls and compliance requirements.
  • ISTQB certification or equivalent testing qualification and experience leading end-to-end testing for digital identity programs.
  • Leadership experience managing testing activities, vendors, stakeholders, defects, risks and dependencies.
  • Desirable: government/large enterprise experience, IGA knowledge, Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID or other IAM platforms.

The Role

As a Mobile Test Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of mobile applications across both iOS and Android platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional delivery teams, contributing to manual testing, exploratory testing, and UI automation initiatives throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute manual and exploratory testing across mobile applications
  • Design and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test documentation
  • Perform UI automation testing across iOS and Android platforms
  • Identify, document, and manage defects through to resolution
  • Collaborate with Developers, Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Delivery Leads

As the Training Lead, you will be responsible for designing and delivering the end-to-end training strategy, conducting Training Needs Analysis and developing training plans and materials.

You will be responsible for:

  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify learning requirements, user impacts, and capability gaps
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive training strategies, plans, schedules

  • Facilitate engaging instructor-led, virtual, and train-the-trainer sessions for end users
