About the position:

This Senior Test Analyst role sits within a greenfield transformation program supporting multiple enterprise platforms including CRM, Data Analytics, Cyber, Integration, and IT Service Management systems.

There is currently no established BAU testing function. This role will help shape quality practices during delivery and progressively support transition into operational ownership. It suits testers who are comfortable building structure where little exists and who can operate confidently across both technical and business domains.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts aligned to program strategy
• Review requirements and design documentation to provide meaningful QA insigh
• Identify, document, and track defects using structured defect management tools
• Support UAT execution and collaborate closely with delivery and business teams

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in software testing or QA within structured delivery environments
• Strong understanding of test methodologies, lifecycle processes, and quality governance
• Demonstrated experience writing detailed test artefacts across complex systems
