The Role

Our client is seeking an experience Cloud Specialist to leverage their implementation and management expertise in cloud-based IaaS, PaaS and SaaS solutions, to support the design, development and uplift of cloud-hosted platforms.

It is a requirement of this position that the successful candidate must be an Australian Citizen and hold a current Baseline security clearance.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Contribute to design, development, enhancement and maintenance of Cloud-hosted platforms
  • Provide technical advice as required across IT divisions
  • Provide technical coaching on Cloud hosting solutions to IT staff
  • Contribute to development and maintenance of appropriate technical standards and procedures
  • Contribute to knowledge and skills transfer to staff

Skills and Experience

  • Significant experience in implementation and management of cloud-based IaaS, PaaS and SaaS solutions involving AWS
  • Understand of Data Loss Prevention, Archiving, eDiscovery and Compliance aspects at Enterprise
  • Strong knowledge and experience with the Microsoft and xUnix Infrastructure stack in hybrid environments
  • Experience automating tasks with code automation
  • Ability to develop and maintain working relationships with end users, key stakeholders and suppliers
