About the role
In this role, you’ll work at the heart of a high-profile program, providing specialist integration engineering expertise to ensure complex capability systems are effectively defined, integrated, and delivered across national and trilateral environments. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders and international partners, contributing directly to the development of requirements, operating concepts, and integration frameworks that underpin long-term undersea warfare capability.
Your duties will include:
- Leading capability integration analysis and supporting operating and support intent development
- Developing and maintaining capability requirement sets and Fundamental Inputs to Capability
- Representing capability sponsor interests across multi-agency forums
- Supporting trilateral integration with international partners to ensure interoperability
- Preparing high-quality briefings, decision papers, and directives for senior leadership
- Contributing to capability risk assessment, mitigation planning, and governance activities
Skills and Experience we are looking for:
- Bachelor of Engineering
- Proven experience in platform or systems integration engineering
- Strong understanding of capability development within complex environments
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at senior levels
- Verification & Validation (V&V) and certification experience
- Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and deliver to time and quality targets
