Talent’s client is looking for a senior, hands-on NonStop System Administrator to support a large-scale, mission-critical banking and payments environment.

This role sits within a managed services team responsible for the day-to-day stability, performance, and availability of HPE NonStop (NSK) platforms supporting core banking and payments workloads. You will be part of a specialist NonStop team and play a key role in strengthening local NZ capability.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for the stability, performance, and day-to-day operations of the client’s NonStop environment. This includes configuration, patching, troubleshooting, and supporting production systems within a managed services model.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and maintain NonStop systems (production + non-prod)
  • System configuration, patching, tuning and security
  • Troubleshoot complex incidents and drive RCA
  • Ensure uptime across a high-availability banking/payments platform
  • Work with onshore/offshore teams in a managed services model
  • Support continuous improvement and operational enhancements

What You’ll Bring

  • 8-10 years’ experience in NonStop administration (NSK) operating systems
  • Strong knowledge of NonStop OS, Guardian, OSS
  • Experience in banking, payments, or BASE24 (ideal)
  • Background in managed services or enterprise operations
  • Ability to handle critical incidents in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

Application Support Analyst - SAP or Salesforce

Overview of the Position
The Application Support Analyst will work within the support team to investigate and prioritise business application incidents raised by staff for SAP and Salesforce platforms, as well as manage escalations of priority issues. They will also support testing and release cycles for software releases as required.

Duties

  • Utilise technical expertise and specialist knowledge of business rules to investigate and resolve ICT system issues.
  • Liaise with business staff, technical teams, and customers using strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Work closely and communicate clearly with multiple internal stakeholders and external vendors to identify and rectify issues.
  • Apply and guide best practice ITIL methodology and utilise an ITSM system to investigate, triage, and resolve incidents and service requests from a Level 1 to Level 2 queue.
  • Validate complex business problems by differentiating between system issues (IT) or business rule (operational) issues.
  • Perform data analysis and reporting in Excel, including identifying trends and root causes in data.
  • Support replication and testing of issues to assist SIT, UAT, and BVT.
  • Perform tasks required to support release cycles for business functions.
  • Mentor team members on Business Application best standards and support practices.

Skills and Experience Required

  • 1.5 years+ experience in an ICT support role.
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting either SAP or Salesforce platforms.
  • Experience in the use of an ICT Service Management Tool and the ability to apply ITIL methodology for incident management.
  • Proven ability to liaise with and manage internal and external stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.
  • Enthusiasm for accessible design and development, with comfort in new ways of thinking about accessibility.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse and report on data using Microsoft Excel.

An opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Product Manager to take ownership of a defined technology product perimeter within a large, complex enterprise environment. The role is responsible for coordinating compliance, vulnerability management, and cross-functional delivery across infrastructure platforms and services.

This position works closely with Infrastructure, Security, Architecture, and Delivery teams to ensure technology products are compliant and operationally sound.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product perimeter, including all associated platforms and services
  • Manage compliance tooling and ensure accurate asset coverage across environments
  • Compile and manage audit evidence against relevant industry standards
  • Identify, articulate, and register technology and compliance risks
  • Partner with IT Security to review and align standards, controls, and processes
  • Ensure compliance requirements are met prior to production go-live
  • Drive continuous improvement across compliance, patching, and vulnerability management

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Senior Product Manager, Service Owner, or similar role within enterprise IT
  • Strong background in infrastructure, security, or compliance-driven environments
  • Experience working in large, complex, or regulated organisations
  • Sound knowledge of IT security frameworks and standards (e.g. ISO, PCI, NIST)
  • Hands-on experience coordinating audits, risk management, and compliance activities
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical teams
  • Ability to translate standards, risks, and tooling outputs into clear, actionable outcomes
  • Experience working within ITIL-aligned environments
  • Strong reporting and communication skills; experience with tools such as Power BI is desirable

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
    or equivalent industry experience
  • ITIL certification or demonstrated practical experience

This role will be open for remote candidates located within the eastern time zone.

The Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage a group of 6-8 software engineers across multiple teams focused on different internal projects and tasks
  • Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions on areas of improvement around contributions to product they’re working on
  • Collaborate with Product Team on projects with engineers assigned to determine prioritization and team adjustments to meet task achievements and goals
  • Ensuring cross-team projects are properly scheduled for optimal delivery time on technical projects where you are the lead
  • Code reviews and discussions with engineers to ensure architectural implementation details
