In this key role, you will lead product strategy and implementation for the Interoperability Products Platform, driving advancements that enhance the interoperability of healthcare information. Your duties will include:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to enhance digital health adoption across Australia.
  • Engaging in complex problem-solving to address interoperability challenges.
  • Managing product development cycles, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Leading efforts to cultivate relationships with software vendors and other sector partners.
  • Producing regular status reports and resource allocations to track project progress.

Skills and Experience we are looking for:

  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities and experience leading discussions with diverse partners.
  • Deep understanding of applications development methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
  • Expertise in aligning business and product strategies within a governmental or healthcare context.
  • Demonstrated experience in health or government projects.
  • Certification in Product Management highly desirable.
