Role
Are you a highly experienced infrastructure specialist ready to lead the technical delivery of enterprise systems in a dynamic, nationally operating organisation? This is your opportunity to provide leadership and expertise in the management, support and development of critical infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments. Your duties will include:

  • Lead the infrastructure technology function, reporting to the Enterprise Systems Manager
  • Manage a small, capable technical team and coordinate delivery aligned to ITSM frameworks

Skills and experience we are looking for:

  • Proficiency in configuring and administering enterprise infrastructure (WAN/LAN, VPN, Firewalls, VMware ESX, Windows Server, SAN, Active Directory)
  • Strong experience with hybrid cloud infrastructure, particularly Azure IaaS and PaaS (Azure AD, Virtual Networks, Azure Apps & VMs)
  • Applied understanding of IT security principles, risk management and compliance standards
  • Experience with service management and DevOps tools (ServiceNow and Azure DevOps desirable)
  • High-level communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
