We are seeking an experienced Network Security Consultant to join our team, responsible for designing, implementing, and securing enterprise networks across LAN, WAN, Data Center, and Cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and maintain secure network solutions, ensuring performance, reliability, and compliance.

  • Manage network operations, incidents, changes, and problem resolution.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and implement timely, effective solutions.

  • Monitor network performance using ITSM and monitoring tools.

Technical Skills & Experience:

  • Enterprise networking: Routing & Switching, LAN/WAN, Virtualization, Data Center technologies.

  • Security: Cisco Firepower, Palo Alto Firewalls, Cisco ISE, Network Encryption.

  • Load balancing: F5 Load Balancers.

  • Cloud networking: AWS and Azure.

  • DDI: DNS, DHCP, IPAM.

  • 5-8 years in Enterprise Network Management, including 3+ years in Managed Network Services.

Professional Attributes:

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage priorities independently and communicate effectively with clients and teams.

The Role

This role supports the operation and sustainment of critical technology environments. As a Network Administrator, you’ll provide hands-on support across infrastructure, endpoints, and networks-working closely with cross-functional teams to keep systems stable, secure, and operational.

Your duties will include:

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support across all supported products and environments
  • Log, triage, and assist with resolution of support requests
  • Maintain and administer DCR and SDTE infrastructure and endpoints
  • Support upgrades, updates, and maintenance activities across environments
  • Conduct auditing and asset management of ICT materiel at unit locations
  • Participate in product testing, evaluation, and maintenance activities in line with defined processes

Skills and Experience we are looking for:

  • Demonstrated experience in IT administration, including physical and virtual network devices
  • Experience working within ADF systems and networks
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in cross-functional or project-based teams

We’re seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to support a major workforce-planning system implementation. You’ll create clear, practical training materials that help staff confidently transition to a new enterprise system.

In this role, you will work within a project and change environment to design, develop and deliver a suite of learning materials for the new workforce-planning system. You’ll collaborate with SMEs, project leads and analysts to ensure training content is accurate, user-friendly, and aligned to business processes.

What We’re Seeking
