Role Details:

  • Provide Level 1 and 2 support across LAN, WAN and Wi-Fi environments in a global network
  • Troubleshoot connectivity, routing and performance issues across enterprise infrastructure
  • Perform BAU tasks including VLAN changes, switch configuration, firewall patching and network updates
  • Support firewalls and VPN environments, including configuration and performance troubleshooting
  • Investigate incidents using logs, trace routes and monitoring tools, working closely with global teams
  • Participate in a 60-day shift rotation (early/late shifts with ~1 hour difference)
  • Weekend work required: 1 day onsite (Saturday or Sunday) as part of a roster
