About the Role

As the Network Engineer, you’ll provide technical expertise across the design, implementation and optimisation of enterprise network infrastructure in a large multi-site environment.

  • 2-3 years’ experience in Service Desk or IT Operations, looking to step into networking
  • Strong networking fundamentals (routing, switching, TCP/IP, troubleshooting)
  • Hands-on exposure to router/switch configuration and network troubleshooting
  • Comfortable working with CLI
  • Experience working within ITIL environments (incident + change management)
  • Exposure to monitoring tools and working to SLAs
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a structured shift environment

Technical Exposure (Highly Valued):

  • SD-WAN architecture (key focus area)
  • Palo Alto firewalls
  • BGP (highly regarded)
  • Network monitoring and observability tools
  • VPN and remote access technologies
  • Nice to have: AWS (Route 53), PowerShell, Terraform, MPLS
