Talent International is working in partnership with a large government organisation to assist in sourcing an experienced ‘Digital Accessibility’.

Key Criteria

  • Experience in digital accessibility or digital inclusion for this role would be really important. It is a bit of a project officer role where the person will be dealing with stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Internally they’ll be dealing with our ICT teams and our cyber teams, website suppliers.
  • Making sure that we’re staying up to date with all of our CAG 2.0 work, ensuring that we’re meeting accessibility standards and digital inclusion standards.
  • Leadership qualities to step up and go into some of conversations with various stakeholders ensuring that the website redevelopment project runs smoothly but also that our existing four websites are still ticking along.
  • Part of a broader team of about 13 people.
  • 12 month contract with the option to extend.
  • Coordinating the website redevelopment project.
  • Stakeholder management.
  • Project management experience will be highly regarded.
  • Experience with website redevelopments.
  • JIRA, MS Projects and MS Planner experience.

We have partnered with a social media platform that is seeking an experienced Client Solution Manager who is passionate about the customer and managing key relationships. This is a 6-month contract position with an immediate start date.

About the role:

  • 5 days working week (38 hrs.)
  • Flexible hybrid working arrangements from the Sydney CBD office.
  • Media planning, strategy & measurement and optimization.
  • Work closely with the clients and agencies to provide support, Insights and solutions.
  • Manages and consult on complex advertising solutions and integrations.
  • Oversee budget expenditure and revenue delivery, including optimisation and real-time advice.
  • Inform and educate customers about new products and advancements.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with important clients and agency partners.
  • Manage complex work streams, analytics and dashboards to maximise marketing goals and to advise clients.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and identify upsell opportunities across your clients and partners.
  • Potential travel involved to other states or New Zealand.

About you:

  • Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience within digital marketing or media companies.
  • Experience with business trends in the industry – Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships, CRM.
  • Experience dealing with major advertising success metrics.
  • An advantage if you have worked with e-commerce partners or clients.
  • Possess strong knowledge of the digital marketing landscape and related fields.
  • Team collaboration and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience analysing datasets.
  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and presentation.

The role:

As a Scrum Master at you will play a crucial role in leading and facilitating Agile practices within our project teams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with product owners to ensure that the product backlog is well-defined, prioritised, and understood by the team.
  • Remove impediments and resolve conflicts to ensure the team’s productivity and morale.
  • Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Track and report on project progress, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure that project goals align with business objectives and client needs.
  • Promote and advocate Agile values and principles across the organisation.

Requirements:

  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in a commercial or digital project environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
