The role
As an EL1 Intelligence Team Leader, you will lead a team to improve payment integrity in the NDIS and other government programs and payments by preventing or reducing fraud and criminal activity, including serious organised crime and systemic fraud. The Taskforce enables intelligence sharing, identification and response by the Agency and its partner agencies, including law enforcement and regulators. Your role will include strategic, operational and tactical intelligence, maintaining the fraud risk library, detection analytics, and fraud tip-offs. Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Utilising a Diploma of Government (Investigation), or its equivalent, as set out in Public Services Training Package (PSP04) to lead and coordinate the planning and production of strategic intelligence outputs and outcomes
