In this role you will drive end-to-end data migration and BI delivery for a new Case Management System, ensuring data integrity, building scalable reporting solutions, and embedding best practices for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute data migration from legacy systems to a SaaS case management platform
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and validation
  • Develop and manage ETL processes and scripts
  • Create source-to-target mapping documentation and transformation logic
  • Ensure data integrity through reconciliation and testing
  • Design and deliver Power BI dashboards and SSRS reports

Key Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years experience working as a Data Migration/BI Specialist
  • Proven experience delivering data migration projects to SaaS platforms
  • Strong expertise in Power BI, ETL development, and data modelling

We are seeking a Data Quality Coordinator to identity, track, and resolve data quality issues a the source, ensuring data is corrected before each trial migration and meets agreed quality standards. The role also maintains an end-to-end review of data quality status, coordinating with stakeholders, managing issue tracking and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, track, and resolve data quality issues at the source, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information provided for migration activities.
  • Ensure all identified data issues are remediated ahead of each trial migration extraction in line with program timelines and quality expectations.
  • Work collaboratively with Change and Communications teams to deliver consistent, organisation?wide messaging on data requirements and expectations.
  • Maintain a comprehensive, end?to?end view of data quality status, including progress tracking, reporting, and timely escalation of risks or issues.
  • Provide clear guidance and support to schools and stakeholders on required data corrections, data standards, and quality assurance processes.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in data quality management and data migration activities within a school or broader education environment.
  • Proven capability to coordinate and support schools through data correction, validation, and quality?improvement activities.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to guide and support non?technical users in meeting data requirements.
  • Experience maintaining an end?to?end view of data quality status and migration readiness across multiple stakeholders or sites.
  • Proficiency in using structured tracking, reporting, and documentation tools to monitor progress and manage issues.

Role Title: Security Network Analyst
Opportunity: Permanent Career Opportunity
Location + WFH Flexibility: Sydney – Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days WFH)
On-Call: 1 week every 8 weeks (allowance provided)

Role Details:

* Manage security-related tickets across firewalls, proxy and access requests
* Enforce security policies and governance controls across the environment
