Role Overview

An opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a complex, enterprise-wide HR systems program within a pseudo-government environment. The role sits within a large delivery team and focuses on refining HR process design, supporting system implementation, and strengthening documentation across the program.

This role requires a hands-on analyst who can move beyond stakeholder discussion and deliver clear, structured outputs in a high-pressure, highly governed environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake senior-level business analysis across HR and People functions

  • Review, refine, and maintain future-state HR process designs, including forward maintenance and redesign as required

  • Translate HR business processes into high-quality functional and design documentation

  • Consolidate documentation across multiple workstreams within the program

  • Engage with a broad and diverse stakeholder group across business, HR, and delivery teams

  • Support system testing activities, including test case development, execution, and UAT

  • Assist with training support and dress rehearsal activities

  • Operate within structured project governance, including Waterfall and iterative delivery models, with exposure to Scaled Agile environments


About You

  • Extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst in large, complex organisations

  • Strong background in HR or People-related programs

  • Experience working with HR ERP platforms (Workday experience highly regarded)

  • Demonstrated ability to produce and maintain detailed documentation in highly governed programs

  • Proven ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments

  • Familiarity with Agile or Scaled Agile governance frameworks is advantageous

The System Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Windows environments, Microsoft 365 services and for automation using PowerShell.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer Windows 11 and mobile devices via Microsoft Intune.
  • Manage server infrastructure, including Windows Server (2016-2022) and Hyper-V.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 services: Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Oversee Windows domain services: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
  • Manage network infrastructure: NGFW firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi, and VPN access.
  • Create and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate user account management, Active Directory tasks, Microsoft 365 provisioning and routine server maintenance.

Required skills and experience:

  • Proven experience with Windows Server 2106 and above.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
  • Prior experience with Hyper-V
  • Strong Intune and EntraID experience
