
Jira Administrator /Specialist
- 12 month ongoing contract to start ASAP
- Central CBD location – 2 days WFH
- Own and manage Multiple JIRA projects
Our client is currently on the lookout for a proactive Jira Administrator to manage, optimise, and evolve our Atlassian ecosystem-ensuring our workflows, reporting, and project tracking are seamless, scalable, and secure.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage multiple JIRA projects across dev team
- Host regular JIRA coordination meetings
- Build and maintain dashboards to track project progress and metrics
- Ensure timely ticket updates, closures, and overall JIRA hygiene
- Facilitate visual updates for leadership reviews
- Identify resources contentions among different projects
Required Skills:
- 5+ years experience in JIRA project management and dashboard/report creation
- Proven ability to stay organized while juggling multiple active projects
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with different development teams
- Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments-ideally within utilities or software development
- A detail-oriented mindset with a proactive, problem-solving attitude
