A well-known loyalty platform is seeking an Infrastructure Architect to join their team on an initial twelve month contract.

To be successful in this role, you will possess a depth and breadth of experience across a wide variety of infrastructure technologies and platforms. You will have the ability to wear multiple hats and contribute towards some analysis and project delivery with strong skills in engaging / consulting with stakeholders from different parts of the business, leading the design and solutioning and partnering with the engineering team to ensure delivery within tight deadlines.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications and/or relevant industry certifications
  • Strong experience working as an Infrastructure Solution Architect within large complex environments
  • Advanced knowledge and experience working with a variety of technologies including different operating systems (Windows / Linux), cloud (AWS / Azure), networking, storage, database, middleware, virtualisation, security and DevOps tools
  • Superior stakeholder engagement skills, with a proven ability to negotiate and influence
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to work outside the confines of architecture and contribute towards analysis and delivery as required

This is a Sydney-based role which requires you in the office at least two days per week.

Azure Cloud / Infra Support Engineer

As a successful candidate you will display experience across :

Windows Server and Active Directory (Hybrid)

  • Strong foundational knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022
  • Hands-on experience with AD: user/group/OUs, Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
  • Experience managing Hybrid AD environments using Microsoft Entra Connect

Microsoft Entra ID & Identity Management

  • Basic to intermediate experience managing Microsoft Entra ID
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Applications, App Registrations, and SSO configurations (SAML, OAuth)

Cloud & On-Prem Infrastructure

  • Basic to intermediate experience managing Microsoft Azure infrastructure services, including but not limited to provisioning and maintaining Azure Virtual Machines and Storage Accounts
  • Exposure to virtualization technologies and on-premise infrastructure, including hands-on experience with VMware vCenter in a multi-cluster environment.
  • Familiarity with Dell VxRail hyperconverged infrastructure

Endpoint Device Management (Hybrid MECM + Intune transition)

  • Some experience supporting a hybrid endpoint management environment using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)
  • Exposure to co-management scenarios with Intune and MECM

SQL Server Administration (desired)

  • Awareness of MS SQL Server component and architecture
  • Familiarity with database maintenance tasks, patching, and backup/restore operations

Our client is a federal government organisation with offices throughout Australia. Due to growth, they are seeking a Broadcast Animation Designer to join the team in their Geelong office.

Opportunity

Key duties and responsibilities

  • Delivering full scope animation work, from ideation, storyboarding, scripting, editing to finished animation. These should be produced in accordance with the Video Style and Brand Guidelines, and optimized for distribution across a range of digital platforms
  • Creating still/graphic treatment assets for social media
  • Applying complex animation elements within piece to camera video segments
  • Translating complex ideas or concepts into easy-to-understand animations, including translating high-level directives and developing lightweight visual concepts, communicating animation intent before committing to full production
  • Effectively manage and maintain animation assets and libraries
  • Develop strong networks and positive relationships with internal stakeholders
  • End to end project management and stakeholder coordination
  • Support interface with Procurement Branch, Probity Advisors, Legal Counsel & external agencies.
  • Other activities as directed by the Project Manager and Director Corporate System.

About you?

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and 2D and 3D animation software (e.g. Blender).
  • Experience in delivering full scope animation work, from ideation, storyboarding, scripting to finished animation
  • Experience in delivering animation outputs optimised for social media, websites, digital signage
  • Experience in using animation as a data visualisation tool
  • Project management and stakeholder coordination
  • Experience in creating still/graphic treatment assets for social media
  • Demonstrated experience working within video production teams
  • Ability to manage and maintain animation assets and libraries

We’re seeking Technical Architects across several disciplines to support a major Defence program. These roles are critical to the design, development and assurance of secure, scalable and mission-critical ICT solutions. You’ll contribute to the future of Defence capability, working across modern platforms, data ecosystems, networks, and security infrastructure.

Available Roles:

(a) Application Architecture
Responsible for designing and supporting software applications and platform configurations (e.g., ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform, Pega), ensuring business outcomes are achieved through secure-by-design solutions.

(b) Data Architecture
Focus on secure data transfer, transformation, and management across Defence’s Single Information Environment. Support delivery of data services, analytics, AI and reporting to empower evidence-based decision making.

(c) Cyber Architecture
Design and integrate security controls and compliance patterns aligned to ISM, Essential Eight and Defence security frameworks. Provide cyber assurance, tooling and develop CyberGRC documentation to support secure systems and environments.

(d) Infrastructure Architecture
Design and develop robust, modern ICT infrastructure solutions across multi-cloud and on-prem environments. Support scalable hosting services and ensure infrastructure aligns with DevSecOps principles.

(e) Network Architecture
Deliver resilient network solutions, including terrestrial, satellite, wireless, gateways and cross-domain services across cloud and deployed environments, including under DIL (Denied, Degraded, Intermittent, Latent) conditions.

(f) Operations & Solutions Architecture
Lead the design and coordination of cross-domain ICT solutions. Act as the engineering interface for demand management, DevSecOps tooling and delivery life cycle assurance.

Skills & Experience Sought:

  • Proven experience in your domain of architecture (applications, data, cyber, network, infra, or solutions).

  • Experience working in secure, complex and highly governed ICT environments.

  • Familiarity with Defence, government or other critical infrastructure sectors highly regarded.

  • Strong understanding of architecture governance, delivery frameworks, and DevSecOps principles.
