Role Details:

* Lead the design and optimisation of enterprise-grade ELT pipelines
* Build transformation logic using DBT within Azure Databricks environments
* Implement and maintain robust CI/CD workflows across enterprise, transaction-heavy systems
* Architect curated and aggregated data layers to support analytics and regulatory reporting
* Complete backend reporting requirements end-to-end from source systems through to the data warehouse
* Ensure strong data quality, governance, integrity and documentation practices
* Support regulated financial data environments
* Provide mentorship and technical guidance within the team
* Power BI delivery considered nice-to-have but not core to the role

This role provides technical leadership across the data platform, designing scalable and secure infrastructure while setting best-practice standards across engineering, governance and delivery.

* CI/CD workflows in enterprise, transaction-heavy environments

* Continue to build and mature the data warehouse ELT process, with strong focus on transformation and data quality

Role Title: Mid-Level Full Stack Developer

Role Details:

* Develop and enhance features within a modern .NET Core environment
* Work across the full stack including C#, SQL Server, HTML, JavaScript and React
* Contribute to payment portals and debtor lifecycle systems
* Support and implement regulated business logic and workflow rules
* Collaborate closely with Senior Developers, Business Analysts and Data teams
* Assist in stabilising and scaling the platform following organisational growth

This role will play a key part in supporting increased workload demands and strengthening the internal platform after recent structural changes.


Required Skills and Experience:

* Strong C# / .NET backend experience (non-negotiable – core business logic sits here)
* Either solid React frontend experience OR strong SQL / database experience
* Experience working across full-stack environments
* Ability to quickly learn and navigate an existing codebase
* Comfortable adapting to changing requirements mid-development
* Experience in small-mid sized organisations preferred
* Finance sector exposure beneficial (but not essential)

Talent International is currently recruiting a Project Officer (Fire safety maintenance) to work for the NSW Government, based in Parramatta(Hybrid). The position is a 4-month contract role with the possibility of extension. The role pays a rate of $77.37 per hour + super.

Hours of Work: 7 hours p/d, 35 hours p/w

About the Role

In this role, you will support fire safety maintenance and upgrade programs by ensuring compliance with the client’s standards, legislative requirements, and relevant Australian Standards. You will work closely with contractors, project managers, and key stakeholders to maintain high-quality and compliant fire safety outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Quality Assurance audits on fire safety maintenance and upgrade projects to ensure compliance with client’s standards and legislative requirements
  • Prepare audit reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with external contractors to deliver high-quality fire safety upgrade services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including Project Managers, Councils, building inspectors, and Assets Division teams
  • Review and manage fire safety technical matters including Fire Safety Orders, Development Control Orders, and Fire & Rescue NSW complaints
  • Coordinate responses to external stakeholders and assist in resolving compliance issues
  • Obtain specialist fire safety advice (including alternate solutions and performance-based designs) in consultation with external consultants
  • Ensure compliance with WHS/OHS procedures and promote a safe work environment

About You

  • Prior experience as a Fire Safety Technician or in a similar fire compliance role
  • Strong understanding of AS 1851, Australian Building Codes, and relevant Australian Standards
  • Knowledge of government or commercial probity and contracting standards
  • Relevant qualification in Fire Safety or a tertiary qualification in Mechanical or Civil/Structural Engineering
  • Experience working with Class 2 buildings and fire safety compliance requirements
  • Current full Class C Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel across metro and regional NSW
