The Client & Role:

We’re currently working with a Federal Government Agency, they are looking to engage a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Campaign Specialist with strong experience executing high-volume email sends, the role will be offered as a full-time 12-month initial term contract. This role operates on a hybrid basis, three days per week on-site with the possibility of being based in either Richmond or Geelong. The rate on offer is up to $60.26 per hour plus super.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, execute and manage digital marketing (SMS and email) campaigns and broader Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) service offering
  • Supporting improvements to the Agency’s SFMC configuration, with a focus on accessibility, performance and impact of direct communications
  • Support baseline evaluations of digital marketing products and support continuous improvements, informed by monitoring and reporting across digital platforms
