About the Role:
We are seeking a technical-minded Change Manager to lead and coordinate the cutover planning activities within the Home Health Transformation Program. You will play a key role in orchestrating the dress rehearsal and go-live cutover phases, working closely with both technical teams (data, integration, functional, etc.) and business SMEs. This is a hands-on coordination role that requires strong communication skills and experience managing complex cutovers or releases, especially in large-scale environments such as SAP, ERP, or enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end cutover planning activities (dress rehearsal and go-live).
- Coordinate and support technical teams and business SMEs (“the doers”) to ensure readiness for each cutover phase.
- Develop and maintain cutover checklists, detailed runbooks, and communication plans.
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies related to cutover tasks.
- Ensure alignment across technical streams (data migration, systems integration, etc.) and business teams.
- Act as the central point of contact during cutover execution.
- Provide regular updates and status reports to senior leadership, including GMs and EGMs.
- Facilitate rehearsals and simulate go-live scenarios to identify and resolve gaps.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Change Manager or Cutover/Release Manager in complex IT transformation programs.
- Experience coordinating large-scale cutovers (SAP, ERP, or similar enterprise systems).
- Strong understanding of technical systems, data flows, and integrations.
- Exceptional coordination and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels of the organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with technical experts and senior executives.
- Experience in the Health, Aged Care, or Community Services sector (preferred).
- Melbourne-based and willing to attend the office as required.
