Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture, design and implementation of an enterprise Citrix platform uplift.
  • Design scalable, resilient and high-performing Citrix solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Modernise existing Citrix infrastructure and drive improvements across performance, stability and operational maturity.
  • Produce detailed technical designs, architecture documentation and operational runbooks.
  • Partner with infrastructure, networking, security and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring and knowledge transfer to operational support teams.
  • Support a smooth transition into BAU, ensuring supportability and long-term sustainability.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience designing and delivering enterprise Citrix environments.
  • Expertise across Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (CVAD).
  • Experience with Citrix NetScaler / Citrix ADC.
  • Strong knowledge of Citrix Cloud.
  • Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory and VMware.
  • Proven background producing infrastructure architecture, technical documentation and operational procedures.
  • Experience leading infrastructure uplift or modernisation initiatives within complex enterprise environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and technical leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of a large-scale enterprise system implementation from planning through to go-live.
  • Manage software vendors, ensuring contractual commitments, scope and delivery outcomes are achieved.
  • Coordinate business, architecture, integration, data, testing, operational readiness and deployment activities.
  • Identify solution gaps, assess impacts and proactively manage scope, risks and dependencies.
  • Work closely with architects and technical teams to ensure integration and solution decisions remain sustainable.

About You

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who brings:

  • Proven experience delivering complex enterprise technology transformation programs.
  • Strong vendor and commercial management experience, with the ability to challenge assumptions and validate delivery commitments.
  • Experience managing enterprise software implementations involving significant configuration, integration or customisation.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, systems integration and technology delivery within complex environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage scope, product gaps, risks and competing priorities across multiple workstreams.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with experience influencing executives, business leaders and technical teams.

Our client is delivering a nationally significant Defence capability program focused on next-generation autonomous aerospace technology. You’ll join a collaborative, high-performing team supporting critical Defence capability outcomes within a complex project environment.

About the role

As the Cost & Finance Analyst, you’ll provide specialist expertise in financial forecasting, cost estimation, cost modelling and commercial analysis to support a major Defence program. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you’ll help shape financial decision-making, improve reporting capability and ensure strong financial governance across the program.

Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain project forecasts, cost estimates and financial models.

* Analyse cost drivers, trends and variances, providing meaningful financial insights.

* Support financial management across a complex Defence program.

* Provide financial and commercial advice to project teams and senior stakeholders.

* Support procurement activities through financial analysis of tenders and proposals.

* Ensure compliance with Defence financial frameworks, policies and governance.

* Improve financial reporting, modelling tools and processes.

* Build strong relationships with Defence and industry stakeholders.

* Advanced Excel skills including financial modelling and forecasting.

* Power BI or business intelligence reporting experience is highly regarded.

* Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
