Are you a hands-on Instructional Designer / Trainer who loves turning complex change into clear, engaging learning? We’re looking for someone who can design and deliver high-impact training to support major uplift initiatives across operational, technical and corporate audiences.

You’ll play a key role in driving adoption-creating practical learning assets, facilitating sessions, and partnering closely with SMEs and project teams to ensure end users are confident and ready.

What you’ll be doing

  • Design and develop learning solutions across multiple formats: eLearning, facilitator guides, job aids, quick reference guides, videos, and training materials

  • Deliver engaging face-to-face and virtual training sessions to varied stakeholder groups

  • Translate complex systems and process changes into simple, user-friendly learning experiences

  • Work closely with SMEs, project teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and validate content

  • Support adoption and uplift activities through structured training plans and learning pathways

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of learning content based on feedback and outcomes

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience as an Instructional Designer and/or Corporate Trainer

  • Strong capability designing learning for system/process change and workforce uplift

  • Confident facilitation skills (in-person and online), with the ability to engage diverse audiences

  • Experience creating professional, visually clear learning collateral and documentation

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

  • Articulate Storyline (or similar authoring tools) experience highly regarded

About the Role

You’ll work within a cross-functional, agile environment, partnering closely with product, delivery, and technology teams to design services that are simple, accessible, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end service design initiatives to improve customer and business outcomes

  • Design and facilitate customer research, co-design workshops, and stakeholder sessions

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and translate insights into actionable design outcomes

  • Produce high-quality service design artefacts including journey maps, personas, service blueprints, user flows, wireframes, and low-fidelity prototypes

About You

  • Proven experience as a Service Designer within complex digital or government environments
