The Role:
As Senior Test Lead, you’ll drive the end-to-end testing strategy for the rollout of a new Human Capital Management (HCM) system. You’ll be pivotal in ensuring the functionality, performance, security, and user experience of the solution, leading a team and working closely with cross-functional stakeholders across HR, IT, and vendor teams.

Responsibilities:
// Develop and manage test strategy, plans, and environments
// Lead functional, integration, UAT, regression, and performance testing

// Identify and track defects; ensure quality assurance before go-live
// Drive test automation strategies (where applicable)

Requirements:
// 8+ years in software testing and QA with leadership experience
// Deep expertise in HCM/HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, UKG)
// Strong with test tools like JIRA, TestRail, HP ALM
// Solid understanding of system integration, data migration, and compliance
// Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
// Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments

Solution Design & Implementation
