The role:
This role sits within the Change Management, Stakeholder Engagement and Communications team, supporting the delivery of a new Human Capital Management Solution (HCMS) Program. The Project Support Officer will ensure the employee experience is at the heart of the program, providing high-quality administrative and executive support to the Director, managers, and project teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage correspondence, scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination on behalf of the Director
  • Collate project information and prepare reports for managers and stakeholders
  • Assist with budgets, expenditure tracking, and provide financial/HR/procurement support
  • Provide secretariat services including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and action tracking
  • Deliver proactive team support, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic project environment

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in providing executive and project support within a large organisation
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and coordination skills across teams and vendors
  • Skilled in document and information management systems (e.g., Content Manager, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively, managing competing priorities effectively

Overall Purpose

This role is designed to lead the phased rollout, enablement, and continued support of AI tools across the organisation. Key Requirements

Essential:

  • 3+ years in enterprise software adoption, digital transformation, or enablement roles

  • Experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot)
  • Familiarity with AI governance and compliance in enterprise settings
  • Proven change management and stakeholder engagement expertise

Desirable:

  • Experience with Databricks, Copilot Studio, and AWS

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end migration of an existing Data Warehouse (DW) to a modern cloud-based environment. This is a critical initiative that involves the decommissioning of the legacy data warehouse, the migration of all data, and ensuring the new platform meets performance and security requirements.

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving the project’s success by managing scope, timelines, and resources while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, business stakeholders, and cloud specialists. This is a 6-month daily rate contract with potential extensions based on project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the Data Warehouse migration project, ensuring alignment with business goals.
