The system is a mission critical real time technology platform used to support the safe efficient and continuous management of air traffic. It integrates multiple software hardware network and data components and operates in a highly regulated safety critical environment where availability resilience and accuracy are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for all engineering and technology matters across the program
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance at formal engineering review gates
  • Lead and support system design development integration testing installation and verification activities
  • Provide technical oversight during system testing and organisational acceptance of test outcomes
  • Support site installation commissioning set to work and verification activities

Your new role:

  • Lead and direct the payroll response to audits conducted by the Queensland Audit Office and Internal Audit and ensure remediation actions are completed in a timely manner.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Demonstrated success managing a Payroll Team.
  • Extensive experience in a medium to large payroll environment.
  • Expert knowledge of relevant industrial awards, agreements, and legislation’s applicable to payroll.
  • Previous experience supporting large organisations through system implementation, highly regarded, however, may not be essential.
