  • Ability to translate complex business challenges into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Strong process mapping, business process improvement, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience working across multiple projects or program workstreams simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and operate effectively in fast-paced environments.

Desirable

  • Experience working on Information Security, Cyber Security, Risk, Compliance, Identity & Access Management, or Technology Transformation programs.
  • Familiarity with security domains such as governance, risk and compliance (GRC), vulnerability management, data protection, security operations, or identity management.

We’re seeking an experienced Lead Developer to join a large-scale enterprise data and analytics program delivering cloud-native solutions and integration services across a complex technology environment.

This role will suit a senior technical leader with deep expertise across Microsoft technologies, Azure integration services and modern software engineering practices. You’ll be responsible for leading development activities, driving technical direction and supporting the ongoing evolution of a critical enterprise platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development and support of enterprise-grade applications and integration services.
  • Provide technical leadership across development, deployment and operational support activities.
  • Drive delivery within an Agile product-focused environment.
  • Develop and maintain APIs, integration services and cloud-native solutions.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
  • Champion engineering best practices including automation, testing, CI/CD and DevSecOps.
