• Perform tagging QA, validation, debugging and issue resolution
• Ensure data flows accurately into analytics and marketing platforms
• Support consent, privacy and data governance requirements
• Maintain documentation and tagging implementation standards

What We’re Looking For

You’ll ideally bring:

• 2+ years’ digital tagging implementation experience, either client or agency side
• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Tags / Adobe Data Collection
• Experience with digital analytics and web analytics platforms
• Practical coding skills across JavaScript, HTML and CSS
• Experience designing Data Layers, tracking specifications and event structures
• Experience implementing third-party media and marketing tags through Tag Managers
• Strong knowledge of tagging QA and front-end debugging
• Ability to communicate technical tagging and analytics requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experience across Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Target, CRO/experimentation or eCommerce environments will be highly regarded.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Lead the end-to-end Salesforce Agentforce implementation
• Develop and manage project plans, roadmaps, milestones and delivery schedules
• Coordinate business, technology, Salesforce and implementation partner activities
• Manage project scope, budgets, resources and delivery forecasts
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies and delivery blockers
• Establish project governance and provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders
• Coordinate requirements, solution design, testing, deployment and transition to BAU
• Manage third-party vendors and implementation partners
• Drive business readiness, change and adoption activities
• Facilitate steering committees, workshops and key project forums
• Ensure delivery remains aligned with agreed business outcomes and benefits

About You

You’ll be an accomplished technology Project Manager with experience delivering complex enterprise transformation programs. Ideally, you’ll bring:

• Strong Salesforce implementation or transformation experience
• Demonstrated delivery of large-scale technology projects
• Experience working across complex enterprise environments
• Strong stakeholder and executive management skills
• Experience managing systems integrators and technology vendors
• Excellent project governance, planning, financial and risk management capabilities
• Experience across Agile, Waterfall and/or hybrid delivery environments
• Exposure to Salesforce Agentforce, AI, automation, Service Cloud or CRM transformation would be highly regarded
