• Design, develop and maintain enterprise applications using Java and React.
• Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Modernise legacy applications using contemporary engineering practices.
• Develop responsive, intuitive user interfaces.
• Produce clean, maintainable and well-tested code.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional Agile teams.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint ceremonies and technical discussions.

About You

You’ll bring:

• Strong commercial experience with Java (11/17+) and Spring Boot.
• Proven experience developing applications using React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML and CSS.
• Experience building REST APIs and microservices.
• Strong understanding of modern software architecture and design principles.
• Experience with SQL databases.
• Exposure to AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and Git.
• Experience working within Agile delivery teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Desirable Experience

• Application modernisation or legacy uplift projects.
• DevSecOps or enterprise security initiatives.
• NoSQL databases.
• Secure software development practices (OWASP).
