This role will suit a commercially minded architect who enjoys working across enterprise systems, cloud technologies, integrations, and data platforms while partnering closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and future-focused solutions.

You will play a key role in shaping architecture outcomes across a range of strategic initiatives involving platform modernisation, system integration, data management, and operational technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end solution architectures across applications, integrations, cloud, and data platforms
  • Translate business and operational requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Provide architectural leadership and technical guidance across the project lifecycle
  • Drive integration strategies leveraging APIs, microservices, and enterprise integration patterns
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, governance, security, and compliance standards
  • Collaborate with project managers, technical leads, vendors, developers, and business stakeholders
  • Support solution assurance, risk management, and implementation activities
  • Produce architecture documentation, technical specifications, and design artefacts

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience working as a Solution Architect within large and complex enterprise environments
  • Strong experience across cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Solid understanding of:
    • Enterprise integration and APIs
    • Microservices architecture
    • Data and database technologies
    • Agile and DevOps delivery methodologies
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to work across both technical and business teams
  • Demonstrated experience delivering technology solutions across enterprise transformation programs

Highly Desirable

  • Experience within government or highly regulated enterprise environments
  • Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks and governance practices
  • TOGAF and/or cloud certifications
  • Experience working with geospatial, tracking, asset management, or operational technology platforms
