About the Role:

* You will be a part of a team of 7 people working between Brisbane and Cairns. The team is split across two major fisheries being trawl and gillnet but the team work together on key tasks across those fisheries.
* You will be reporting to a Project Manager and work across both the IOM team and the stakeholder engagement team of RIDS.
* The role will involve travelling and face-to-face stakeholder engagement across major ports of the Queensland east coast teaching commercial fishers how to use electronic reporting applications and e-monitoring systems.
* The role requires good stakeholder engagement skills.

Highly Desirable to this role are:

About You

Skills & Experience:
* 5+ years in business analysis within project/program delivery environments
* Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience supporting service transitions, particularly within ICT infrastructure or critical services
* High attention to detail with the ability to deliver quality documentation and analysis
* Familiarity with project governance, reporting tools, and structured methodologies
* BABOK certification or similar desirable
* Must be an Australian Citizen and eligible for Baseline and/or national security clearance
