About the Role

Working within a complex industrial environment, you will play a key role in safeguarding both IT and Operational Technology (OT) systems. You’ll contribute to strengthening cyber resilience across sites, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and protecting critical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents across IT and OT environments
  • Implement and manage security controls across endpoints, networks, cloud platforms, and industrial systems

Required Skills & Experience

About the Role

As the Project Change Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering end-to-end change strategies across a complex organisational environment. You’ll work closely with program leadership, project teams, and business stakeholders to ensure people, processes, and technology transitions are effectively managed.

This role will see you leading change across multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives and delivering sustainable behavioural and operational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans
  • Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis
  • Lead communication, engagement, and training initiatives to support adoption
  • Partner with senior leaders and business units to drive change readiness
  • Identify risks, resistance points, and develop mitigation strategies
  • Establish and manage change networks and champions across the business
  • Monitor adoption metrics and continuously improve change approaches
  • Align change activities with project milestones and organisational priorities

About You

You are a seasoned Change professional with a strong track record delivering outcomes in large, complex transformation programs. You bring a strategic mindset, coupled with the ability to execute and influence at all levels.

Key experience includes:

  • Proven end-to-end change management experience in large-scale transformation programs
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across complex environments
  • Experience working with technology implementations and business transformation
  • Deep knowledge of change methodologies, frameworks, and tools
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt in dynamic environments
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills

Desirable:

  • Formal qualifications in business, technology, or related fields
  • Change management certification (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR or similar)
