Our client is a leading global mining company seeking an Early Talent Coordinator to support the delivery of its graduate and intern programs. Working within the Talent Acquisition team, you will assist with the end-to-end coordination of early careers recruitment, onboarding, and program activities, ensuring a positive experience for candidates, hiring leaders, and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

About the role:

Your main duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to.

  • Conduct phone screenings for graduate and intern candidates, providing a positive candidate experience and well-considered recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews via Microsoft Teams, managing complex logistics across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
  • Manage the Early Talent inbox, responding to enquiries from candidates, hiring leaders, HR stakeholders, and site contacts in a timely, professional, and solution-focused manner.
  • Support recruitment reporting and pipeline tracking by maintaining accurate data and dashboards using Workday, Power BI, and Excel.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within Workday, including notes, status updates, and recruitment outcomes.
  • Assist with offer management and onboarding administration, including issuing communications, tracking candidate acceptances, and escalating risks or delays where required.
  • Provide operational support during campaign recruitment periods, including high-volume candidate communications, assessment activities, and recruitment coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and maintain enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards, reports and interactive visualisations.
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.

  • Write and optimise advanced SQL queries for data extraction, transformation and reporting.

We’re partnering with a leading organisation delivering a major data transformation initiative and are seeking two experienced Business Analysts to support the implementation of a new Data Operating Model.

The Opportunities

Business Analyst – Process Improvement & Data

This role is suited to a Business Analyst with strong experience in business process analysis, process improvement and data delivery environments. You’ll play a key role in designing and embedding practical processes that improve the way data initiatives are planned, prioritised and delivered.

Experience supporting projects involving Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, ETL, Databricks or modern data platforms will be highly regarded.

Business Analyst – Operating Model

We’re also seeking a Business Analyst with experience supporting the implementation of operating models within large enterprise environments.

You’ll help translate operating model principles into practical, sustainable ways of working by defining governance, decision-making frameworks, delivery processes and stakeholder engagement models. Experience within data transformation programs is advantageous but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of a new Data Operating Model across business and technology teams.
  • Define and embed end-to-end delivery and engagement processes, from intake and prioritisation through to delivery, release and support.
  • Clarify governance structures, decision rights, hand-offs, accountabilities and escalation pathways.
  • Develop process maps, standards, templates, playbooks and other operational artefacts.
  • Improve visibility across demand, priorities, delivery status, dependencies, capacity and resourcing.
  • Support governance forums, prioritisation activities and executive stakeholder reporting.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement pragmatic improvements that enhance delivery outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively across business, data, technology and delivery teams to drive adoption of new ways of working.

About You

To be successful, you’ll demonstrate experience in:

  • Business analysis, process design and continuous improvement.
  • Operating model implementation or organisational transformation initiatives.
  • Facilitating workshops and engaging effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Developing process documentation, governance artefacts and decision frameworks.
  • Working across complex business and technology environments.
  • Managing ambiguity and driving practical, outcome-focused solutions.
  • Using tools such as Jira, Confluence and ServiceNow.

Desirable experience includes:

  • Data, analytics or technology delivery environments.
  • Modern data platforms such as Databricks and an understanding of contemporary data delivery practices.
  • Agile, hybrid or portfolio delivery methodologies.
  • Experience delivering transformation initiatives within large enterprise organisations.
