Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will provide critical coordination and governance support across the program, including:

  • Preparing and distributing Project Control Group (PCG) agendas and meeting minutes in line with governance frameworks
  • Maintaining Action, Decision, and Document Registers to ensure accurate tracking and accountability
  • Managing document control, version management, and quality assurance processes
