Your new role will see you joining the businesses Design and Research team to drive and manage research activities for internal partners in product, platform and enterprise. Business Analyst

We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to drive the successful delivery of critical technology and infrastructure projects. You’ll work at the intersection of business and IT, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, tested, and delivered to meet organisational goals.

In this role, you will lead business analysis activities, engage stakeholders, support UAT, and produce high-quality documentation. Your work will help reduce risk, avoid delays, and ensure technology solutions deliver real business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage stakeholders and act as the link between business and technical teams
  • Analyse business needs, data, and processes to identify improvements
  • Support system and process implementations, including Windows and SQL Server upgrades
  • Plan and coordinate testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Produce technical, operational, and ready-to-operate documentation
  • Support broader projects and technology services as required

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT or technology projects
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience with infrastructure or system upgrade projects
  • Solid knowledge of UAT, test planning, and documentation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
