My client, a global leading consultancy, is seeking an experienced ITSM Test Lead to lead end to end testing for high profile IT Service Management programs. You’ll work closely with delivery, technical, and process teams to ensure quality outcomes across ITSM solutions, with a strong focus on functional testing, evaluation, and continuous improvement.

This is a permanent position based in Sydney.

Security Clearance Requirement

To be considered, you must be an Australian Citizen with an active NV1 security clearance, minimum.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead test planning and execution, create and run test plans, test cases, and test scripts
