The Solution / Network Architect is responsible for leading complex infrastructure discovery, design, and transformation initiatives across large-scale enterprise environments. We are working with a leading energy distribution company to recruit an experienced Customer Development Manager to manage major customer connections and network augmentation projects across Victoria. This role is responsible for leading complex customer engagements, managing connection offers, and overseeing projects through the full connection lifecycle in line with regulatory and commercial requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage major customer relationships and connection projects
  • Act as the primary customer interface for large and complex connection projects
  • Oversee preparation and release of customer connection offers
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders across engineering, finance, and legal teams
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and manage project financials
  • Oversee preparation of technical and financial documentation, including internal approval submissions
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and network requirements
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of connection processes and compliance practices

Key Requirements

  • Experience within electricity distribution or utilities
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Proven experience managing complex customer connections or infrastructure projects
  • Background in customer connections, infrastructure, or complex project delivery
  • Relevant qualification in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
