🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and refine reusable AI agent compnts on Agentforce (Salesforce).
  • Design data and knowledge integrations across platforms.
  • Develop testing, monitoring, and governance frameworks for AI deployments.
  • Contribute to FinOps practices through cost tracking and optimisation.
  • Lead enablement sessions and produce clear documentation to upskill others.

🔑 What You’ll Need

Salesforce development or architecture experience (Agentforce experience = huge bonus)

Strong grasp of how AI agents work-prompting, orchestration, tools

Solid programming skills (ideally Python) and experience with AI/ML engineering

Ability to think critically about cost, performance, and secure deployment

Able to work independently but collaborate with a wider team

Not afraid to use tools like ChatGPT to prototype and learn fast

You don’t need 5 years of Agentforce experience-nobody does. But you must understand how AI agents function and be ready to dive deep.

Why this role matters:

This isn’t an R&D role-it’s about delivering working systems at speed. You’ll be the go-to AWS specialist responsible for building the production-grade cloud platform these agents will run on. Think: secure, scalable, and lightning-fast execution.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Build and deploy the AWS-based platform to host agentic AI systems
  • Lead infrastructure design and provisioning (using IaC from the get-go)
  • Collaborate with engineers, solution designers, and product teams
  • Integrate platform with our clients internal network tools
  • Monitor platform performance, ensure security, and drive production readiness

Must-have skills (non-negotiable):

  • Deep, hands-on AWS engineering experience
  • Strong with IaC-Terraform or AWS CDK
  • Proven ability to build secure, scalable infrastructure
  • Comfort with AWS services: EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, Lambda, API Gateway
  • Solid understanding of AI/ML services like SageMaker or Bedrock
  • Commercial experience building or supporting AI systems preferred
