Our client is looking for a Workplace Technology Engineer or Systems Engineer to support a large-scale enterprise technology environment. This role will focus on endpoint management, Microsoft 365 technologies, workplace automation and modern device management, ensuring end-user technologies remain secure, efficient and aligned to business needs.

Working closely with infrastructure, security and project teams, you will contribute to workplace technology improvements, endpoint modernisation initiatives and ongoing operational support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support enterprise endpoint environments across Windows, macOS, iOS and Android devices
  • Administer Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, Autopilot and SCCM/MECM environments
  • Package, deploy, update and retire applications across the enterprise environment
  • Monitor endpoint compliance, security, performance and device lifecycle management
  • Develop and maintain automation solutions using PowerShell and Microsoft technologies
  • Support Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Azure Virtual Desktop environments
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex Level 2/3 endpoint and workplace technology issues
  • Contribute to workplace technology transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge-sharing activities

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience within Workplace Technology, EUC, Endpoint Engineering or Modern Workplace environments
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager and modern device management
  • Experience with SCCM/MECM, Windows 10/11 deployment and Windows Autopilot
  • Strong Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration experience
  • Application packaging, deployment and patch management capability
  • PowerShell scripting and workplace automation experience
  • Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale environments
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Highly Regarded

  • Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
  • Exposure to Jamf and cross-platform device management
  • Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps or Microsoft Graph API
  • Experience within large enterprise, education, government or regulated environments
