
Workplace Relations Lead
The Role
A State Government agency is seeking a Workplace Relations Lead (VPS6) to join their People & Culture team on an initial 6-month contract with potential to extend. This hybrid role is ideal for an experienced ER/IR professional ready to lead complex case management and change initiatives with impact.
Responsibilities
- Oversee CPSU and Clause 11 consultation/change processes.
- Lead case management for grievances, conduct, performance, and workplace behaviour matters.
- Implement workplace behaviour policies and support increased reporting and compliance.
- Engage external legal and investigative providers.
About You
- Strong experience in employee/workplace relations.
- Expertise managing complex ER/IR issues, investigations, and union engagement.
- Proven ability to implement policy and change with empathy and integrity.
- Strategic and operational mindset with excellent stakeholder management.
