Workplace Lead – Endpoint & Digital Workspace

Location: Sydney or Newcastle, NSW (Client-side | Onsite)
Salary: $150,000 package (including super)
Experience: 5+ years’

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Workplace Lead to take ownership of a modern, enterprise digital workplace environment. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on endpoint management, collaboration platforms, and Microsoft 365, ensuring a secure, high-performing, and user-centric workplace across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.

You’ll be embedded client-side, working closely with technology, security, and business teams to improve productivity tools and device management at scale.

What You’ll Be Doing

Microsoft 365 & Identity

  • Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams
  • Manage users, groups, licensing, and permissions via Azure AD (Entra ID)
  • Implement DLP, retention policies, conditional access, and email security controls
  • Monitor service health and drive continuous improvement

Endpoint & Device Management

  • Design and manage Intune and SCCM solutions for enterprise device management
  • Implement MDM/MAM policies across corporate and BYOD devices
  • Manage Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android endpoints end-to-end
  • Oversee application packaging and deployment via SCCM and Intune
  • Administer Jamf for Apple device management and security
  • Maintain security baselines and device compliance reporting

Collaboration & Workplace Tools

  • Manage and support Zoom environments and integrations with Microsoft 365
  • Ensure conference room and collaboration hardware is operational and reliable

Leadership & Operations

  • Provide Tier II/III technical support and escalation
  • Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and training materials
  • Automate tasks and reporting using PowerShell
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity and network teams to meet compliance standards

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years’ experience in endpoint, workplace, or EUC environments
  • Strong hands-on experience with M365, Exchange Online, Intune, SCCM, Jamf
  • Solid understanding of MDM/MAM, device security, and conditional access
  • Experience supporting enterprise collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams)
  • PowerShell scripting and automation experience
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience
  • Ability to work onsite in Sydney or Newcastle
