Volume Talent Acquisition Partner

Talent International is currently recruiting Volume Talent Acquisition Partner to work for the NSW Government, based in Parramatta. This is a 4-month contract with a view to be extended. The role is paying $650 – $700 per day plus super.

Hours of Work: 8 hours per day/ 40 hours per week – 3 days per week in the office

This role will suit an experienced recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoys planning and delivering large-scale recruitment campaigns from initial pre-planning through to execution.

Experience in internal recruitment environments is highly regarded, particularly across graduate programs, contact centres, or other large-scale workforce campaigns. Experience working across different recruitment models will also be valued.

The role

As a Volume Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and key stakeholders to deliver effective sourcing and recruitment campaign outcomes across the client.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners to provide end-to-end sourcing support for roles across the organisation.
• Support high-volume recruitment campaigns, including planning, sourcing, screening and candidate management.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify candidates across target industries and specialised skill sets.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, delivering exceptional service to hiring managers and candidates.
• Engage, review and maintain sourcing channels, including talent communities.
• Work with Employer Branding and Communications teams to market internal and external opportunities.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity, discretion and sound judgement.
• Collaborate across internal and external stakeholder groups to achieve positive organisational outcomes.
• Champion a positive safety culture and contribute to safe work practices, personal safety actions and visible safety leadership.

About you

To be successful, you will bring:

• Demonstrated experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally in an internal talent acquisition environment.
• Exposure to contemporary, value-adding sourcing practices within complex organisations.
• Strong campaign management capability, from workforce planning through to delivery.
• An authentic, engaging communication style that attracts and keeps candidates engaged.
• Excellent stakeholder management, time management and organisational skills.
• High attention to detail and a strong ability to follow compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of recruitment marketing channels, campaign materials, digital and traditional media, and design tools.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
