UXDesign Manager
We are seeking an User Experience Design Manager to lead a talented design team in delivering high-quality, inclusive, and scalable digital solutions. This is a role where your expertise in human-centred design, user research, and interaction design will directly influence the success of large-scale, complex projects.
About the role
Reporting into senior leadership, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end UX and UI design process, from discovery to delivery. You’ll oversee the creation of research insights, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes and design standards, ensuring outcomes are both user-friendly and operationally effective.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and mentor a team of designers to consistently deliver high-quality outcomes
- Drive research, testing and co-design workshops to inform design solutions
- Develop and maintain design systems and standards across multiple applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver key projects
- Champion accessibility and compliance with WCAG 2.1 or above

You bring:
- Strong expertise in user research, design strategy and interaction design
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud and collaboration tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage senior stakeholders
- A people-first leadership style with the ability to motivate and guide a design team
- Tertiary qualifications in design
