The role
This Government Department is seeking an experienced UX Designer. This role will focus on user research, testing, and design visualisation to support key transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply human centred design methods and solution design
  • Translate research insights, data and technical requirements into solution prototypes
  • Design impactful, cohesive visualisations of complex data
  • Actively participate in user research to help inform features and direction
  • Responsive web design and wireframing

Essential skills:

  • Strong experience working as a UX/UI Designer
  • Experience in identifying and implementing lean UX/UI sketching, prototyping, architecting including process improvement
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Miro
  • Expertise in standard UX software such as Figma,
