The Role

Are you passionate about creating user-centred digital solutions? This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team working on innovative ICT projects that make a real difference. As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a pivotal role in improving digital products and services, contributing to meaningful outcomes for users, participants, and providers.

Your duties will include:

  • Collaborating with product and business owners to gather and evaluate user requirements.
  • Conducting co-design workshops and engagement activities with stakeholders.
  • Creating storyboards, process flows, wireframes, and prototypes (low and high fidelity).
  • Conducting user research, including usability testing, and analysing data requirements.
  • Supporting the design and implementation of a design system.
  • Documenting processes and decisions to ensure knowledge transfer and future enhancements.

Skills and Experience we are looking for:

  • Demonstrated experience in eliciting UI/UX requirements through workshops, prototyping, and interviews.
  • Strong knowledge of contemporary UI/UX methodologies and WCAG guidelines.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Enthusiasm for accessible design and development.
  • Experience designing for Salesforce (desirable).
  • Familiarity with accessibility requirements in design (desirable).
