UX/UI Designer

We’re looking for a talented and highly motivated UX/UI Designer to join a collaborative product team working on a complex digital platform. This role will start with a strong focus on UI design and evolve into a full end-to-end UX position as you gain deeper domain knowledge.

Key activities

  • Deliver high-quality UI design using Figma, including: design systems & reusable components, interactive & high-fidelity prototypes
  • Design within legacy platforms, working creatively and pragmatically within technical and structural constraints
  • Work closely with Functional Analysts and cross-functional team members to ensure designs are feasible, aligned, and user-centred
  • Contribute to a positive team culture by sharing knowledge, listening actively, and respecting existing work and decisions

Skills and experience

  • Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer on digital products or platforms within large complex environments
  • Strong UI design expertise, with advanced proficiency in Figma
  • Experience designing for complex or constrained systems, including legacy environments
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, research methods, and usability best practices
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • A collaborative mindset
  • Experience working within cross-functional delivery teams
  • Demonstrated ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
