UX Lead
A market-leading financial organisation is on the hunt for a forward-thinking UX Lead to join their dynamic Client Office team. In this exciting role, the UX Lead will design intuitive and engaging digital tools that truly reflect client needs. Collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders, the UX Lead will leverage client insights to elevate the company’s reputation for exceptional service.
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with 2-3 years in a senior or lead role.
- Proficiency in Figma and other design tools for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Strong grasp of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and client-driven research methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for engaging effectively with stakeholders across departments.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Familiarity with responsive design and accessibility best practices.
- Experience with AI-driven personalization technologies and trends in user experience.
- Previous experience mentoring or guiding junior design teams or colleagues.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in the financial services or wealth management industry, providing insight into client service challenges and opportunities.
Other Requirements:
- Must comply with all compliance policies and participate in required training.
- Familiarity with AML/CFT procedures is a plus.
