UX Designer - Mobile

Seeking a UX Designer to be responsible for supporting the design and delivery of high-quality, user-centred digital solutions, with a strong focus on mobile-first design within the Microsoft Dynamics environment. The role works closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate user and organisational needs into effective digital outcomes.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and support the delivery of mobile-first digital solutions within the Dynamics environment
  • Develop rapid prototypes and design artefacts using Figma or similar tools to support discovery and decision-making
  • Plan and facilitate stakeholder workshops, co-design sessions and consultations
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors to ensure solutions meet user, business and technical requirements
  • Communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring stakeholder needs are understood and appropriately addressed

Key capabilities and experience

  • Demonstrated experience in mobile-first design, preferably within a Microsoft Dynamics environment
  • Experience working within a government or large, complex organisation
  • Proven ability to produce fast, iterative prototypes using Figma or equivalent tools
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including experience running workshops and consultations
  • Highly developed listening, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
