Join a high-impact transformation project delivering a modern Scheduling, Time & Attendance solution using UKG. You’ll play a pivotal role shaping how a leading university manages its workforce systems.

Key activities

  • Lead UKG configuration and provide expert technical guidance
  • Translate business needs into smart, scalable UKG solutions
  • Support integrations with payroll, HR, and other systems
  • Drive testing, ensure accuracy of pay rules and rostering
  • Support cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities
  • Document solutions and enable smooth handover to BAU teams

Skills and experience

  • Strong background and experience in a UKG (Kronos)
  • Expertise in Scheduling & Time and Attendance
  • Hands-on experience with integrations, configuration, and testing
  • Ability to work across full project lifecycle
  • Experience in large/complex environments (education a bonus)
