An exciting opportunity to join a large-scale digital program with one of our clients, working across both interface and service design to deliver meaningful, user-centred outcomes.

This role suits someone who can move between detailed UI design and broader service design thinking, balancing visuals with end-to-end experience design.

What you’ll be doing

  • Designing intuitive, user-centred digital experiences across products and services
  • Translating user needs and business requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
  • Mapping end-to-end journeys, current/future states, and service blueprints
  • Running or supporting user research, usability testing, and validation activities
  • Facilitating workshops, co-design sessions, and stakeholder engagements
  • Collaborating with product managers, BAs, developers, and delivery teams
  • Creating and maintaining design systems, UI components, and service artefacts
  • Ensuring accessibility, usability, and responsive design standards are met
  • Identifying pain points, risks, and opportunities across services and experiences
  • Iterating designs based on insights, feedback, and data

What you’ll bring

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design across UI, UX, or service design
  • Experience with tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD
  • Solid understanding of user research and usability testing methods
  • Experience with journey mapping, service blueprints, or end-to-end service design
  • Experience working in Agile or multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to simplify complex problems into clear, intuitive designs
  • Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles

Nice to have

  • Experience working in government or regulated environments
  • Confidence facilitating workshops and leading design activities
