
Training and Communications Officer
One of our clients are looking for an experienced Training and Communications Officer to support the successful implementation of a new system by delivering engaging training and communication initiatives. This is a key role in supporting user adoption and readiness by creating accessible learning materials and clear stakeholder communications.
Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Change Manager to conduct change impact assessments and support change readiness.

Design and deliver stakeholder communication plans tailored to different audiences.

Create high-quality training content including quick reference guides, user manuals, videos, and presentations.

Facilitate training sessions and on-boarding workshops for varied user groups.

Publish newsletters, FAQs, announcements, and other content across platforms such as the intranet and learning portals.

Maintain version control and ensure accessibility of materials using systems like SharePoint.

Use feedback to continuously refine communication and training approaches.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience in training development and delivery in a change or system implementation context.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for simplifying complex information.

Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively.

Proficiency with digital tools for training and communication, including SharePoint and multimedia platforms.
