One of our clients are looking for an experienced Training and Communications Officer to support the successful implementation of a new system by delivering engaging training and communication initiatives. This is a key role in supporting user adoption and readiness by creating accessible learning materials and clear stakeholder communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Change Manager to conduct change impact assessments and support change readiness.

  • Design and deliver stakeholder communication plans tailored to different audiences.

  • Create high-quality training content including quick reference guides, user manuals, videos, and presentations.

  • Facilitate training sessions and on-boarding workshops for varied user groups.

  • Publish newsletters, FAQs, announcements, and other content across platforms such as the intranet and learning portals.

  • Maintain version control and ensure accessibility of materials using systems like SharePoint.

  • Use feedback to continuously refine communication and training approaches.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in training development and delivery in a change or system implementation context.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for simplifying complex information.

  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively.

  • Proficiency with digital tools for training and communication, including SharePoint and multimedia platforms.
