One of our clients is looking to hire Test Practice Lead for a 18 months fixed term role based in Adelaide

Eligibility criteria:

  1. Candidate must be based in Adelaide
  2. Valid Australian working rights (Full working rights visa, PR, Citizen)

Key Skills Required:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience leading software testing resources.
  • Leads the testing practices of design, estimation, and development of tests for new and amended software or services.
  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams operating within an Agile delivery framework.
  • Significant experience across the software development lifecycle.
  • Extensive knowledge of testing methodologies, QA processes, and the software development lifecycle.
  • Highly effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills e.g., negotiation and influencing skills, which can be applied at the most senior levels of the organisation or with external stakeholders.
  • Understanding and application of MS Office Suite and any other programs/applications as required including:
  • Experience in project model types, including Agile.
  • Experience using Azure DevOps or any other test management tool (desirable).
