Test Manager - Payroll
Our client is seeking a Test Manager with ADP Payroll experience to join their team on an initial 6 month contract.
The Test Manager will support a major HRIS and Payroll transformation project. The successful candidate will lead end-to-end testing across HR, Payroll, and connected downstream systems, ensuring solutions meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and business readiness.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end testing across HRIS and Payroll systems, covering functional, system, integration, regression, and UAT activities.

Develop, maintain, and execute test strategies, plans, cases, and scripts in line with project milestones and objectives.

Review and analyse business and functional requirements to ensure comprehensive test coverage.

Validate payroll processing, including awards, entitlements, deductions, superannuation, taxation, and statutory compliance.

Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with HR, Payroll, and Finance stakeholders.
Experience Required:
- Experience working on HRIS/ Payroll projects within complex environments

In-depth knowledge of end-to-end payroll processes and HR system functionalities

Experienced in testing complex system integration’s and data workflows

Proficient with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and HP ALM

Excellent analytical skills with a strong focus on accuracy and detail
