Test Manager
Talent International, a leading Australian recruitment firm, have been engaged by our long standing client, a leading logistics and supply chain organisation, in their search for a Test Manager to join their team, who has experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) testing.
Role Title: Test Manager
Contract Length: Initial 6 month contract (highly likely to extend)
Location + WFH Flexibility: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home flexibility
Daily Pay: $1,000 per day (flexible)
Start Date: As soon as possible
In this role you will:
- Leading end-to-end testing strategy and execution
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including development, operations, and project management
- Ensuring the Warehouse Management System meets functional, performance, and user acceptance criteria
- Managing test resources, timelines, and reporting on test progress and outcomes
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Test Manager, ideally within logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations
- Hands-on WMS project experience – this is a must-have!
- Strong leadership and communication skills – you’ll be a key point of coordination
- Ability to hit the ground running and drive results under tight timelines
