We are seeking an experienced Test Lead to manage testing for a large-scale Oracle Financials implementation. You will develop the testing strategy, coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams and ensure the solution meets business, technical and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the end-to-end test strategy, plans, schedules and reporting.
  • Lead system, integration, regression and user acceptance testing for Oracle Financials.
  • Coordinate test resources, business users, vendors and technical teams.
  • Manage defects, risks, dependencies and quality gates through to resolution.
  • Provide clear progress reporting and quality assurance advice to program leadership.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated experience leading testing for complex Oracle Financials implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes, integrations and data migration testing.
  • Experience managing SIT, UAT, regression testing and defect management.
  • Excellent stakeholder, vendor and team leadership skills.
  • Government or public-sector project experience is highly desirable.
