The Role
Are you a passionate and experienced Test Lead looking to make a meaningful impact? This role offers the opportunity to lead testing activities for innovative ICT-based solutions that improve outcomes for Australians. Your duties will include:
- Managing test delivery with vendors and internal staff to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets.
- Acting as a Test SME, guiding stakeholders on tools and processes.
- Developing test plans, test cases, and supporting test data from specifications.
- Analysing and reporting on test activities, escalating issues and risks as needed.
- Managing defect triages and supporting business teams during UAT.
- Contributing to team improvement initiatives, including process changes and test automation.
Skills and Experience we are looking for:
- Proven experience leading testing activities for complex programs and creating Test Summary Reports.
- Strong Agile testing experience with a focus on team accountability and sprint delivery.
- Extensive experience with test management tools, including Jira Xray and CRM (Salesforce).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to manage multiple project factors.
- Strong teamwork skills across business, vendors, and geographically dispersed teams.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships and foster innovation.
