The Role

Are you a passionate and experienced Test Lead looking to make a meaningful impact? This role offers the opportunity to lead testing activities for innovative ICT-based solutions that improve outcomes for Australians. Join a dynamic team and contribute to delivering high-quality digital platforms in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Your duties will include:

  • Managing test delivery with vendors and internal staff to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets.
  • Acting as a Test SME, guiding stakeholders on tools and processes.
  • Developing test plans, test cases, and supporting test data from specifications.
  • Analysing and reporting on test activities, escalating issues and risks as needed.
  • Managing defect triages and supporting business teams during UAT.
  • Contributing to team improvement initiatives, including process changes and test automation.

Skills and Experience we are looking for:

  • Proven experience leading testing activities for complex programs and creating Test Summary Reports.
  • Strong Agile testing experience with a focus on team accountability and sprint delivery.
  • Extensive experience with test management tools, including Jira Xray and CRM (Salesforce).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to manage multiple project factors.
  • Strong teamwork skills across business, vendors, and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships and foster innovation.
