The Role
Are you a skilled and motivated Test Lead looking to make a meaningful impact? This role offers the opportunity to lead testing activities across multiple projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and transformation within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Your duties will include:
- Defining and implementing test strategies, plans, and processes aligned with project goals
- Leading and mentoring a team of manual and automation testers across multiple projects
- Supporting the design, development, and maintenance of automated test frameworks and scripts
- Overseeing the execution of functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing
- Tracking and reporting test progress, defect metrics, and quality KPIs to stakeholders
- Ensuring adherence to QA standards, best practices, and compliance requirements
Skills and Experience we are looking for:
- 7+ years of Dynamics 365 CRM/.NET testing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven ability to define test strategies and align them with project goals and timelines
- Demonstrated experience in driving testing capability uplift across people, processes, and tools
- Expertise in automation testing and integrating test suites into CI/CD pipelines
- Proficiency in DevOps tools, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and QA best practices
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
